The top cover is either made of steel forging or cast with a side-open design, allowing for easy access and maintenance. To ensure longevity, the valve is coated with a blue epoxy finish, protecting it from corrosion and wear.
The valve is equipped with a high-quality SS304 big float ball, which ensures reliable operation and efficient air release. The A2-70 stainless steel boltings used in the valve further enhance its durability and resistance to corrosion.
Available in sizes ranging from DN50 to DN200, our Auto Air Release Valve is suitable for a wide range of applications. It can withstand working pressures of PN10, PN16, and PN25, making it suitable for various industrial and commercial settings.
