The 200X pressure reducing valve is a marvel of engineering, consisting of a meticulously designed main valve, a pilot valve, a ball valve, and a precision pressure gauge. Its primary function is to seamlessly control the outlet pressure of the main valve, ensuring that fluctuations in inlet pressure or variations in outlet flow rates have no impact on the consistent delivery of stable pressure. Ideal for use in industrial water supply systems, fire water supply, and domestic water networks, this valve is engineered for excellence.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
As water enters the valve from the inlet end, it is delicately channeled through the needle valve into the main valve. The outlet pressure is expertly communicated to the pilot valve via a conduit. When this outlet pressure exceeds the preset threshold of the pilot spring, the pilot valve elegantly closes, preventing any further drainage from the main valve. The rising internal pressure within the main valve ensures a complete cessation of pressure increase at the outlet.
Upon detecting a drop in outlet pressure to the pre-established setting of the pilot valve, the valve gently opens, allowing the control room to drain downstream. As the discharged volume from the pilot valve surpasses the intake from the needle valve, the control room's pressure within the main valve decreases, prompting the main valve to open under inlet pressure. In equilibrium, the intake and outlet of the control room align perfectly, maintaining a steady main valve opening and stable outlet pressure.
Fine-tuning the outlet pressure is a simple task by adjusting the pilot valve spring to meet your specific requirements.
