The 200X pressure reducing valve is a meticulously engineered assembly comprised of a main valve, an intuitive pilot valve, a reliable ball valve, and an accurate pressure gauge. This sophisticated valve expertly manages the outlet pressure of the main valve, ensuring consistency and stability. Remarkably, it maintains a consistent outlet pressure regardless of fluctuations in inlet pressure or variations in outlet flow rate, making it an ideal choice for diverse applications, including industrial water supply, fire protection systems, and domestic water pipe networks.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Upon water entry at the inlet, it journeys through the needle valve, and subsequently into the main valve. Concurrently, the outlet pressure is precisely conveyed to the pilot valve via a conduit. When this pressure surpasses the pilot spring's set threshold, the pilot valve instinctively closes, ceasing the main valve's drainage. This elevates the pressure within the main valve, culminating in its closure, ensuring the outlet pressure remains unaltered.
As the outlet pressure diminishes to the pilot valve's set threshold, the pilot valve reopens, facilitating controlled drainage downstream. With a superior discharge rate over the water intake via the needle valve, this results in a pressure drop within the main valve's control chamber. Consequently, the inlet pressure triumphs in opening the main valve. Achieving equilibrium, the control room harmonizes its intake and outlet, maintaining a constant main valve opening and stable outlet pressure.
For tailored pressure settings, the pilot valve spring can be seamlessly adjusted to suit specific needs.
