The ingenious 200X Pressure Reducing Valve is an exceptional assembly of a main valve, pilot valve, ball valve, and a precise pressure gauge. With meticulous control over the outlet pressure of the main valve, it remains unaffected by fluctuations in inlet pressure or variations in outlet flow rate. Ideally designed for industrial water supply, fire safety systems, and domestic water networks, this valve ensures consistent and reliable performance across various applications.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
As water enters the valve from the inlet, it journeys through the needle valve into the main valve. The outlet pressure is skillfully transmitted to the pilot valve via a conduit. When this pressure surpasses the pilot spring's set threshold, the pilot valve ceases operation, halting the main valve's drainage. Consequently, pressure elevates within the main valve, sealing it shut, thus stabilizing the outlet pressure effectively.
Upon the outlet pressure's descent to the pilot valve's designated set point, the pilot valve opens, allowing the control room to release excess water downstream. As the pilot valve system discharges more water than the needle valve intakes, pressure within the main valve control room diminishes. This triggers the inlet pressure to open the main valve. At equilibrium, the control room achieves a harmonious intake and outlet balance, maintaining the main valve's position and stable outlet pressure.
